These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at growthpush.life (the "Website") operated by Growth Push Pte. Ltd. ("Growth Push", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore with UEN 202949628H. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Website. Separate terms and conditions apply to paid growth marketing services and programmes, which are set out in individual engagement letters or service agreements signed between Growth Push and the client.

2. Description of services

Growth Push provides B2B full-funnel growth marketing consultancy and programme delivery to business clients. Our services include growth diagnostics, acquisition campaign management, conversion path optimisation, retention and lifecycle marketing, growth analytics, and always-on growth retainers. The Website provides information about our services, programmes, and studio; it allows you to submit enquiries and growth briefs.

Growth Push is a professional marketing consultancy — not a life coaching service, income course provider, automated growth-bot operator, or guaranteed-ROI scheme. Nothing on this Website constitutes a promise of specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or marketing performance. Past results described in case references reflect specific client contexts and are not indicative of future performance for other clients.

3. Permitted use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction

5. Enquiries and form submissions

Submitting a contact form or growth brief does not create a client relationship or obligation for Growth Push to provide services. We review submissions in good faith and aim to respond within one business day during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT, but we do not guarantee response times or that we will accept every enquiry.

By submitting a form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of your organisation where applicable. 6. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Growth Push does not warrant that:

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Growth Push and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Website shall not exceed SGD 100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

For claims related to paid services, the limitation of liability in your signed engagement letter or service agreement takes precedence over this clause.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Push, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Growth Push does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
